What is it and who is it for?

Combination to oily skin is faced with an overproduction of sebum called hyper-seborrhea. This is sometimes associated with hyperkeratosis, which promotes thickening of the stratum corneum and clogged pores. Results: shine, dilated pores and blackheads appear.
